1.        Mastercard Foundation is partnering with American University Of Beirut (AUB), Lebanon to offer 100% free Undergraduate and Post-graduate  scholarship  to Africa students to earn a degree program in Environmental Health or Medical Laboratory Sciences.
   who are from economically disadvantaged communities but could not continue as a result of poor family background.

3. Brief description : The Mastercard Foundation Scholarship Programme(MCFSP) for African students is now open for candidates who wants to apply at American University Of Beirut (AUB), Lebanon for 2018/2019 academic year

7.   Candidates who are applying for this scholarship MUST meet up with the following criteria;

11. *Must be a resident and a citizen of sub-Saharan Africa
12. *Must have strong academic performance 
13. *Must demonstrate interest and capacity for voluntary services and school/community activities
14. *Must posses leadership potential
15. *Will be willing to cope with change and have interest foreign countries and culture
16. *Must be financially unstable and from lowest income bracket in country of origin
17. *Must be willing to return to serve their home country and enhance economic growth and social development at the end of the program
18. * Must have successfully completed their secondary education  with good grades
19. *Transfer students are not eligible

7.       The Mastercard Foundation has partnered with American University Of Beirut (AUB), Lebanon,to provide full(100%) tuition scholarships to both Undergraduate and graduate students from Sub-Saharan Africa.The institution will receive §45million in funding from the foundation to support over 185 scholars (100-four year undergraduates and 85 master's degree students) throughout their course of study.
